These terms cover every order placed on woldforge.shop, run by Woldforge Ltd.. Placing an order means you accept them. Read them alongside the Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.

The goods
Woldforge sells sports and fitness equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, yoga mats, foam rollers), athletic apparel and accessories, and general wellness nutrition products including protein powders, bars and hydration supplements, all supplied as consumer goods intended for everyday personal fitness routines in the United Kingdom. Product pages list what's included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
An order locks in when checkout completes. We confirm by email; the contract forms once we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order if stock runs out or details can't be verified, and we refund any payment made.
Prices and payment
Prices show in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs show at checkout, before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may fix an obvious pricing error before dispatch and let you confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours
Product photos show the actual gear we ship. Screen colours shift with calibration, browser and room lighting; small shade differences aren't defects and don't qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.
Transfer of risk
The goods stay our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person named at your delivery address. From there, risk of loss or damage shifts to you. Note any visible transport damage with the courier and report it to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Return goods within 30 days of delivery, as outlined on the Returns page. All fitness equipment and electronic accessories sold by Woldforge carry the statutory warranty against faults and defects available to consumers under United Kingdom consumer protection law, covering manufacturing defects for a reasonable period from the date of delivery. Nutrition products are warranted only against manufacturing defect and incorrect labelling, not against individual dietary outcomes.
- Customized or personalized fitness gear, including engraved bottles, embroidered apparel or custom-fit equipment
- Perishable nutrition items with short shelf life, such as energy bars, gels and ready-to-mix sachets once opened
- Unsealed or opened nutritional supplement containers, including protein powders and tubs, excluded for bio-safety and hygiene reasons once the tamper-evident seal is broken
- Used or worn intimate-contact items such as compression wear, swimwear, mouthguards or earplugs where the hygiene seal has been removed
- Digital training programmes, workout plans or media content once the access code has been unsealed or activated by the consumer
Liability
Woldforge Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to the total value of that order, capped at £100 where no order value can be determined, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under United Kingdom law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Nothing here limits liability that the law won't let us limit.

You must be at least 18 to order. Use products as described on the label; they don't replace medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any additional statutory rights available to consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland under their respective legal frameworks. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Disputes we can't resolve directly go to the court with jurisdiction over our registered address, without affecting any consumer rights you hold in your home country.
