Woldforge dispatches all fitness equipment, apparel and wellness goods from our United Kingdom fulfilment centre using couriers experienced in handling gym gear safely. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch to confirm the correct items, sizes and quantities are packed prior to leaving our warehouse.

All timeframes run in business days from dispatch. Remote locations can tack on 1-2 extra days.
Order processing
Place your order before 15:00 on a business day and it ships that day. Order after the cutoff, on a weekend or holiday, and it ships the next business day. A confirmation email with your order number arrives the second you check out.
Resistance bands, dumbbells and other hard goods are wrapped in padded impact packaging with corner reinforcement; apparel and accessories are sealed in moisture-resistant pouches; nutrition tubs and bars carry tamper-evident foil seals and are boxed with thermal liners during warmer months to protect ingredient integrity in transit.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive an automated tracking number by email and SMS, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress right through to the doorstep across the United Kingdom.
Lost or delayed parcel
No movement on tracking for 5 business days? Contact [email protected] with your order number. We'll file a trace with the courier and either resend your order or refund it in full, your call, within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the damaged item immediately upon receipt. Contact our support team within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photographs attached. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once the damage report is verified, without requiring the damaged item to be returned if the courier's own damage policy applies.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer only. We'll never ask for card or online-banking details over email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to select countries. Shipping cost and delivery window show at checkout, before you pay. Import duties, if any, fall on the recipient.
