Return any Woldforge order within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. This page covers the rules, the process, who covers costs and how fast refunds land.
Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resaleable condition, with all original tags, protective packaging and tamper-evident seals intact. Equipment must show no signs of assembly, wear or use beyond reasonable inspection, and apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Nutrition products must be returned unopened with the factory seal unbroken, as biosecurity regulations prevent resale of opened consumable items.
How a return works
- Submit a return request to support email with order number
- Receive RMA return authorization and return address
- Pack items securely in original protective packaging with seals intact
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection
Who pays return shipping
If the gear is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we handle shipping, prepaid label or courier pickup. If it's a change of mind, you cover return shipping; nothing else gets deducted.
Refund timing and method
Refunds process within 3 business days once the item clears inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders get refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide; bank-transfer orders return to the same account. Banks typically post it within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To swap for a different size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order; we refund the original once it arrives. If the swap's our error, the new order ships free.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once it's dispatched, the return process takes over.
