We process personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and other rules in force in United Kingdom. If this policy conflicts with the law, the law wins.

When you order, we gather what's needed to ship it: name, delivery address, email, phone and order details. No card data is collected or stored here. When you browse, the site logs technical data, IP address, browser, pages viewed, through cookies described below.

Couriers get your delivery info. The payment provider gets what's needed to process payment. Hosting and analytics providers handle data for us under contract. We never sell personal data.

Woldforge never sells personal data to third parties. As the store operates under United Kingdom data-protection law rather than United States law, the CCPA/CPRA does not apply; customer data is instead safeguarded under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Order data stays as long as accounting law demands, then gets deleted. Account data stays until you close your account. Analytics data stays for 14 months.

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, customers resident in the United Kingdom have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port their personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. Requests can be submitted at any time to [email protected] and will be addressed within the statutory response period.

Woldforge does not collect, store or process any bank card or payment card data of any kind, because checkout offers only Cash on Delivery, paid directly to the courier, and Direct Bank Transfer, with payment details supplied separately in the order confirmation email. No payment card infrastructure exists within our systems.
