Settle up cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number lands right away.
Dispatch
Order before the daily cut-off and it ships that same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with tracking attached.
Use and return
Stick to the routine printed on the label. Change of plan? Send it back within 30 days under the terms on our Returns page.

Common questions
Do I need any assembly before using the equipment?
Most items, like mats and bands, arrive ready to use. Adjustable kit such as benches or racks come with simple instructions and basic tools where needed.
What time do you dispatch orders, and how is delivery handled?
Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day from our Leeds warehouse. Payment is by cash on delivery or bank transfer only; exact delivery costs and timing are shown on the delivery page.
Can I return equipment if it isn't right for me?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will confirm the return address.
