Checking Gear Before It Leaves the Warehouse
Every batch of bands, mats and weights that comes into our Leeds warehouse gets a hands-on check before it's listed for sale. We pull samples, stretch the bands, press the foam and check the stitching on straps before a single unit goes out the door.
What We Actually Look At
We're not running a laboratory, we're running a small warehouse with a simple process: check the materials match what the supplier promised, check the finish for rough edges or loose threads, and check the weight markings are accurate.
- Quality check: grip texture, stitching tightness and weight accuracy on sample units.
- Traceability: every supplier is one we've met or vetted directly, not a blind bulk import.
Why This Matters for Daily Use
A mat that loses its grip after a month, or a band that stretches unevenly, makes training harder, not easier. Checking before dispatch means fewer surprises once the gear is actually in your hands.
